ACFS defines records that remain scoped and inspectable as technical work moves between people, tools, and agents.
ACFS provides a common model for decisions, standards, evidence, issues, handoffs, and capability records. It defines portable record semantics and lifecycle states; it does not define execution, identity, authorization, or hosted service behavior.
FlowOS is Offband's current local MCP implementation. The FlowOS conformance document is the current public reference profile; it describes supported behavior and its limits, not independent certification.
