OFFBAND

Privacy at Offband

Offband software is designed with privacy as a foundational principle.

Our applications operate locally on your Mac whenever possible and are built to minimize network access, data collection, and external dependencies.

We do not collect analytics, tracking data, or personal usage information unless explicitly required for a specific feature. When network access is required, it is limited in scope and transparent in purpose.

We believe software should respect user autonomy, remain observable in its behavior, and avoid unnecessary data exposure. We build and use these applications ourselves, and we hold them to the same privacy standards we expect from the software we trust.

Newsletter and Updates

If you subscribe to Offband updates, we store your email address so we can send occasional product notes, Lab posts, and release updates.

Subscriptions require email confirmation. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes your address from active sends.

We do not sell, rent, or share the subscriber list. The newsletter system is separate from the public website repository and stores only the information needed to manage the subscription.
