OFFBAND

Last updated: May 19, 2026

FlowOS is a local MCP server for durable AI agent context, local artifacts, reusable capabilities, actions, and run evidence.

Normal FlowOS Local MCP use is local to your machine. Records, artifacts, capabilities, actions, run history, configuration, and the local SQLite database are stored on your device. Offband does not collect this local workspace data.

Local data

FlowOS stores user-created content locally so the MCP server can operate without an Offband account or cloud service.

Local MCP serving is controlled by the user. FlowOS does not transmit local MCP data to Offband as part of normal local use.

Deprecated shared skills

The public FlowOS skill registry and shared skill submission workflow are not part of the current beta. FlowOS Local MCP works without signing in and without submitting anything to Offband.

If shared skills return in a future product phase, this policy will be updated before that workflow is offered to testers or users.

What Offband does not do

FlowOS does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

FlowOS does not sell, rent, or share user data for advertising or tracking.

FlowOS command and script actions are disabled unless the local owner explicitly enables local action execution.
